Trade terms, plainly put.
- Pricing
- Prices are quoted per box, set or tin, and you can order singly or by the case. A case is the quantity shown on each line.
- Delivery
- Minimum order £250 of goods. Free when the goods on a shipment are £1,000 or more. Otherwise £7 tracked. In-stock lines and pre-order lines are two shipments, each judged on its own.
- Payment
- Bank transfer to Starlight Hub Limited using the pro-forma invoice we email when you order.
- Paperwork
- An invoice with every order, emailed the moment you order. Our bank details never change by email.
- Who we are
- Boxyard is a trading name of Starlight Hub Limited (company no. 80788678), registered in Hong Kong. Email trade@boxyard.net.
- Dispatch
- In-stock orders paid before 1pm UK time on a working day are dispatched the same day. Weekends and bank holidays are excluded.
- Unpaid orders
- Please pay within 24 hours of your invoice. An order that is still unpaid after 24 hours may be cancelled and its stock released. We send one reminder before that.
- Pre-orders
- Sold-out lines can be pre-ordered on their own, or on the same checkout as in-stock lines. A pre-order on its own is confirmed before we invoice it. A checkout with both is invoiced in full straight away: the in-stock part can leave once it is paid, and the pre-order is a later delivery. Arrival dates are estimates. How pre-orders work.
- Stock
- Stock is confirmed when we process your order. If a line is short we tell you before you pay and reissue the invoice.
- Who we sell to
- UK businesses buying to resell. Every account is reviewed by a person before trade prices unlock.
