Delivery and returns.

Where we deliver: UK addresses only.
Cost: £3.95 tracked. Free on orders over £75.
Dispatch: Orders paid before 1pm UK time on a working day are dispatched that day. Later orders, weekends and bank holidays go out the next working day.
How long it takes: Tracked UK delivery by Royal Mail or DPD, usually 1–2 working days after dispatch.
Tracking: We email your tracking number when your parcel leaves.
Payment: Bank transfer (UK or international). At checkout we give you the account details and a payment reference, and we ship once the money arrives.
Changed your mind: You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order and return it for a refund. Items must come back sealed, as they were sent; trading card products that have been opened can't be resold as sealed, so their refund may be reduced. Email us first and we'll confirm how to return it. You pay the return postage.
Returns address: Email us at trade@boxyard.net and we will send the returns address.
Damaged or wrong item: Email us with a photo within a few days of delivery and we'll replace or refund it, including postage.
What's inside: Sealed trading card products contain random cards. We can't promise particular cards in any box or pack.
